Call Tracking and Automation

Call Tracking is essential to successful data driven marketing. Automated call / text follow-ups can greatly increase conversions. Automated call management and routing decreases the number of unwanted calls.

That’s why we have integrated the Twilio’s Call Tracking and Automation API into our system to offer our members modern and most efficient marketing tools. We do more of the marketing and follow-up work so you can focus on your practice.

Get a Tracking Number

When you signup for a Professional or Sponsor membership, our system issues you a local tracking phone number forwarded to your law firm’s phone number. Our generate this number based on the initial three (3) digits of your law firm’s phone number. If no local number is available we use your law firm’s zip code and find the closest available phone number.

Monitor Call History

You can monitor your call history in your account dashboard. Through APIs we also lookup the caller’s Caller-ID and display it in your dashboard along with the call’s date and time stamp, duration, and status (Completed, No Answer, Busy).

Block Spam Calls

Whitepages PRO offers a Phone Reputation API to “know when a number is behaving badly across voice and SMS channels to confidently block and filter out unwanted calls”. We are connected to their API to block spam and robo calls to your office.

Automated Text Followups

We have built a few automated text features into our system to help you increase your conversions. They are enabled by default and you have the option to disable and enable either feature.

  • Automatically text your vCard to 1st time callers to your office.
  • Automatically text callers of missed calls to call you back.
  • Get missed-call notification emails.
